Docs should show releases and upgrade gudie

Can someone PR a change to the docs to either show the upgrade instructions, or link to the github releases view ?

I had to watch the Laracon Online video to see the URL for the release so that I could get to the upgrade notes.

I agree that the docs should reflect this as well. In the meantime, any packages on github that make use of the release system, you can find the listings under the code tab.
