Filemtime “warning stat failed for”

What seems to be the problem: when user upload a picture the exception says ErrorException: filemtime(): stat failed for /var/www/html/storage/app/livewire-tmp/aqS0yLmpwZw==-.jpeg in file /var/www/html/vendor/livewire/livewire/src/Controllers/CanPretendToBeAFile.php on line 10

it’s work perfectly but on some laptop when upload picture this error happens
